This method is can only be used to export single Office 365 user account calendar data in ICS format. Additionally, you need MS Outlook installed on your desktop. In this solution, you can synchronize your Office 365 account in Outlook and export calendar. The following are the steps to export calendar events from Office 365 account:
Step 1: Synchronize Office 365 Account in Outlook
1. Open MS Outlook Application and Go to File tab >> Add Account.
2. Enter the details of Office 365 account and click on Finish button
3. Wait for the Office 365 account to synchronize properly and then proceed to next step.
Step 2: Export Office 365 calendar to ICS via Outlook.
1. Go to File tab >> Save Calendar option
2. Next, you will get a window, from there pick the location to save the file on your computer.
3. Now, change the data-range to include data that you want to export.
4. Change the details to Full Details
5. Finally, click OK to export the calendars in ICS format. ‘
